1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using XKOL, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use XKOL for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only.

This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations

3. Service Agreements

All service agreements are made between clients and service providers. XKOL acts as a facilitating platform and is not party to these agreements.

4. Task Campaigns

Task campaigns require USDT payment with a 50% platform fee. Payments are verified on BNB Chain. Winners are selected randomly using provably fair methods.

5. User Conduct

Users agree not to engage in fraudulent activities, spam, harassment, or any behavior that violates applicable laws.

6. Disclaimer

The materials on XKOL are provided on an 'as is' basis. XKOL makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability.
